Welcome to Stokky! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stokky mobile application and website (the "Service"). By downloading or using Stokky, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Stokky provides a smart kitchen inventory and meal planning application. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor use our characters (Eggy, Boxy, etc.) for your own commercial products without explicit permission.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. When you utilize the "Household" feature to share your pantry with other users, you are responsible for managing who has access to your Household. Stokky is not responsible for data modifications (e.g., deleted items) performed by other authorized members of your Household.
Stokky includes an AI-driven meal planner and expiration tracker. The AI suggestions and expiration estimates are for informational purposes only. Stokky does not provide medical, dietary, or certified food safety advice. Always rely on your own judgment, smell, and visual inspection before consuming food, and consult a medical professional regarding specific dietary restrictions.
Stokky offers a premium subscription called "Household Pro" which unlocks real-time family syncing, advanced analytics, unlimited spaces, and ad-free usage.
The Stokky name, logo, character designs (including but not limited to Eggy, Boxy, Broccoli, and Biscotti), app design, and original assets are the exclusive property of Danuk Studio. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
Stokky is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stokky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on AI suggestions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes within the app. Your continued use of Stokky after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
